At Shubham Creation, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. As many of our products are carefully crafted and made-to-order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Size Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be couriered back by the customer within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. After the returned product is received and inspected, a coupon code will be issued after deducting ₹70 towards shipping and handling charges from the product value.

Coupon Code Terms for Size Exchange

  • The coupon code will be issued only after the returned parcel reaches us and passes quality inspection.
  • The coupon code will remain valid for 1 month from the date it is shared via WhatsApp.
  • It can be redeemed on any eligible product available on the Shubham Creation website.
  • The complete exchange process may take approximately 15–20 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The customer receives a defective product.
  • The customer receives a damaged product.
  • The customer receives an incorrect product different from what was ordered.

Important Requirements

  • An uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for all return or replacement claims.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be considered.
  • All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Shubham Creation follows a No Refund Policy.

  • Monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • For approved return or replacement cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, a coupon code equivalent to the approved value will be issued.

  • The coupon code will be shared only after the returned parcel is received and verified.
  • The coupon code will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue via WhatsApp.
  • The coupon code may be used to purchase any eligible product from our website.
